Many people might think that raw monofloral honeys are not possible and must be infused with extracts or powders, like ice cream or juice, but this is not the case. To obtain monofloral organic honey, beehives are placed near dedicated flower fields, allowing honeybees to collect nectar from those flowers. This results in unprocessed honey without any other additives.
