Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Shiprocket fast delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the nearby areas of Saurashtra, Gujarat 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 12 hours.  

* In select locations, we offer delivery within 10 minutes, which may extend to 30 minutes based on circumstances. Please refer to the table below for location-specific details.  
The delivery will be arranged through Blinkit, based on their availability in the respective areas.

Damages

www.indigenoushoney.com(Turritopsis private limited) is responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us,  we will be happy to refund and replace. 

International Shipping Policy

 We currently ship outside India. It may vary as per the location, but average delivery time is 7 to 20 days.
