- Natural Juliflora, Babool, Kikar Blossom Honey is a monofloral honey. Many people might think that raw Juliflora honey is infused with extracts or powders, like ice cream or juice, but it’s not.
- To obtain monofloral organic Juliflora honey, beehives are placed near pure Juliflora flower fields in Kutch, Gujarat allowing honeybees to collect Juliflora nectar from the flowers. This results in unprocessed Juliflora honey without any other additives and flavored by honey bees. Uniqueness about Juliflora honey: Added sugar free Juliflora honey offers a rich taste, a whitish yellow color, and has a crystallized texture.
- Why do we keep our honeybees in remote location to collect Juliflora honey? When honeybees have an abundant source of flowers, they become productive, creating more honey. Honeybees also pollinate the plants, which leads to better quality food. This is the symbiosis between honey bees and plants. This also creates an ecosystem where farmers and honey beekeepers benefit mutually.
