- Natural Sesame, Til Blossom Honey is a monofloral honey. Many people might think that raw Sesame honey is infused with extracts or powders, like ice cream or juice, but it’s not.
- To obtain monofloral organic Sesame honey, beehives are placed near pure Sesame flower fields in Junagadh, Gujarat allowing honeybees to collect Sesame nectar from the flowers. This results in unprocessed Sesame honey without any other additives and flavored by honey bees. Uniqueness about Sesame honey: Added sugar free Sesame honey offers a pungent taste, a cloudy yellow color, and has a moderate texture.
- Why do we keep our honeybees in remote location to collect Sesame honey? When bees have an abundant source of flowers, they become productive, creating more honey. Bees also pollinate the plants, which leads to better quality food. This is the symbiosis between bees and plants. This also creates an ecosystem where farmers and beekeepers benefit mutually.
- The journey of our honey doesn’t end here. To send honey to your home, we also comply with regulatory standards. We test our raw honey in laboratories to ensure it meets FSSAI parameters and check NMR and other advanced parameters to prove the authenticity of our honey.
