We have an unlimited-days return policy, which means you can request a return anytime after receiving your order. There is no time limit. Returns are accepted with an unlimited return window, free return shipping within India, no restocking fee, and no final sale items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, go to https://account.indigenoushoney.com or contact us at info@indigenoushoney.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For international orders, the same unlimited return policy applies, but we do not offer free return shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase. Please email info@indigenoushoney.com for international return help.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Some items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (like food or plants), custom products (like personalized items), personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also not returnable.
To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order after your return is accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–7 working days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount.
