Ajwain honey is cough nashak which helps in curing cough-cold and bad cholesterol. Ajwain honey is good for every age group, while in children they help with stomach aches, irregular digestion, and constipation. Every raw honey crystallizes as time passes by. Honey is made up of fructose and sucrose, the level of fructose and sucrose changes as the flower’s nectar changes. Ajwain Honey contains a good level of fructose, so it takes years to get crystallize. Mustard honey is highly nutritious and rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium, with vitamin A. I actually was very sceptical about getting honey from them once I ordered my 1st bottel I had to order when it got over this time I over stocked down below are the pictures my fav is lychee it's yum n why not invest in health as one tea spoon a day or evn 2 with tea can provide essential micro nutrients. Taste is nice, good quality honey. Reviewing after using 4-5 half kg jars. Although it's quite difficult for everyone to know the honey they are having is pure and hygienic, but as claimed by the seller it's pure. Putting trust in the seller. Hope they never break it for all of honey lovers.
